Grand Detour home prices rise in 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in 2018 in Grand Detour rose by $39,500 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2018, there were 12 homes sold, with a median sale price of $120,500 - a 48.8% increase over the $81,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Grand Detour in 2017.
