Stillman Valley home prices fall in 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in 2018 in Stillman Valley fell by $3,500 while total sales decreased by 4.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2018, there were 23 homes sold, with a median sale price of $132,000 - a 2.6% decrease over the $135,500 median sale price for the previous year. There were 24 homes sold in Stillman Valley in 2017.
