CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Arellano at 8:01am.
ROLL CALL
Councilman Considine, Marshall, Oros, Venier, and Mayor Arellano answered roll call.

DISCUSSION
Dr. Mandrell Vice President of Student Services at SVCC lead the conversations on the review of the last three meetings, the council’s priorities and then discussions ensued regarding infrastructure and annexations.

Discussion resumed on arts and culture, press release on the retreat, and council’s priorities and concerns. Dr. Mandrell wrapped up the meeting.
ADJOURMENT
Councilman Venier moved that the Special Council Meeting of Monday, October 5, 2020 be adjourned to meet in Regular Session on Monday, October 5, 2020, at 5:30pm in the Council Chambers at City Hall. Seconded by Councilman Marshall. Voting Yea: Considine, Marshall, Oros, Venier, and Mayor Arellano. Voting Nay: None. Motion Carried
The meeting adjourned at 11:29am.
