City of East Dubuque issued the following announcement on Nov. 19.
The City of East Dubuque has implemented a Donation Program for the Downtown Flower Boxes that line Sinsinawa Avenue.
For a $500 Donation you would get a plaque with your name, a family members name, an organization, or your business name on the planter.
