Commissioner Terry Schuster was not willing to support this position if there would be a cost to the City. The amount of the salary for the new employee should be offset by the revenue saved by not using outside contractors. Commissioner Terry Schuster thanked everyone for finding ways to support and reach out to struggling individuals during this time.
