City of Dixon City Council Met Feb. 9.

CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Arellano at 8:04am.
ROLL CALL
Councilman Considine, Marshall, Oros, Venier, and Mayor Arellano answered Roll Call. Pledge of Allegiance was cited.
VISITORS/PUBLIC COMMENT
None at this time, will address later in the meeting.
WORK SESSION – FY2021/2022 Budget Review
City Manager Langloss went over the format for today’s meeting. IT Director Philhower presented the budget for Information Technology, discussion ensued.
Public Works Director / Assistant City Manager Heckman and his team gave an overview on the FY 2021/2022 budget for the Street Department, Traffic Maintenance, and Airport budgets with Department Manager Canterbury, discussion ensued throughout. Public Properties and Cemetery budgets with Department Manager Phillips, discussion ensued throughout. Downtown Maintenance budget, discussion ensued. Water and Waste Water revenues with Finance Director Fredericks, discussion ensued. Water budget with Water Manager Huyett, discussion ensued throughout.
PUBLIC COMMENT
None
COMMENTS
Councilman Venier – next regular council meeting we will be presenting the Ike Mercer Award, he questioned how we will be handling that meeting and how many people can be in the chambers, discussion ensued. Mayor Arellano – asked the council for their follow up on the evaluation form, discussion ensued.
ADJOURMENT
Councilman Marshall moved that the Special Council Meeting of Tuesday, February 9, 2021, be adjourned to meet in Special Session on Thursday, February 11, 2021 at 8:00am in the Council Chambers at City Hall. Seconded by Councilman Venier. Voting Yea: Councilman Considine, Marshall, Oros, Venier and Mayor Arellano. Motion Carried.
The meeting adjourned at 10:03 am.
