Motion to Release Closed Session minutes because the need for confidentiality no longer exists with respect to the following Closed Sessions of the City Council: April 2, 2018-Special (partial), April 2, 2018-Regular, April 16, 2018, May 7, 2018 (partial), May 21, 2018, June 4, 2018, July 16, 2018 (partial), August 20, 2018, September 25, 2018, October 31, 2018, December 3, 2018 (partial), December 17, 2018, January 29, 2019, February 4, 2019 (partial), February 6, 2019, March 11, 2019, April 1, 2019, April 15, 2019, May 20, 2019, June 3, 2019, June 17, 2019, July1, 2019 (partial), December 2, 2019, January 21, 2020, May 26, 2020, September 8, 2020, November 16, 2020, February 1, 2021, February 23, 2021, & March 1, 2021. Minutes that are approved for release will be posted to the City’s website (discoverdixon.org) within five days after approval.

j. Motion to Not Release Closed Session minutes because the need for confidentiality still exists with respect to the following Closed Sessions of the City Council: July 2, 2018, February 19, 2019, March 18, 2019, August 19, 2019, September 16, 2019, October 7, 2019, November 4, 2019, March 3, 2020, August 17, 2020, November 2, 2020, & March 15, 2021.
