On June 28, Charles F. and Amanda L. Hubbard sold their home at 308 N. Ninth St., Fulton to Bgrs Relocation Inc. for $300,500.

The last time this home sold was Aug. 14, 2018. It last sold for $273,000.

So far in June 2021, nine properties sold in Fulton.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Charles Hubbard has been registered to vote since 2018. Amanda Hubbard has been registered to vote since 2018.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were four registered voters residing at 308 N. Ninth St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Charles Hubbard, Gail J. Ystad, 61, Brian R. Ystad, 59, and Amanda Hubbard.
