Byron Forest Preserve District to offer Patchouli concert Sunday, August 8 at 7:00 pm

The Byron Forest Preserve District will be offering their final free Concert on the Deck featuring the music of Patchouli on Sunday, August 8 starting at 7:00 pm at their Jarrett Prairie Center Overlook Deck located at 7993 North River Road in Byron. Nationally touring, award winning songwriter Julie Patchouli and master guitarist Bruce Hecksel light up the air with their sparkling acoustic sounds and rich harmonies. Their unique “New American Folk Music” is a blend of elements of folk, pop, flamenco and jazz.
