On Aug. 17, Nathan McCarthy purchased a commercial property at 7 Calvert Ave., Chadwick from Bibler Co. for $75,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $2,529.28, 3.37% of the sale price of the home.

This property is one of two sales so far in Chadwick in August 2021.
