KSB Center for Wound Healing Receives Patient Satisfaction Award

Katherine Shaw Bethea Hospital issued the following announcement on Sept. 28

The KSB Center for Wound Healing was recently honored with a RestorixHealth Patient Satisfaction Award, which is awarded to wound care organizations who meet or exceed a patient satisfaction score of 96% or higher.

The center, which opened in early November 2020, is home to a multi-disciplinary team of providers including Co-Directors, Dr. Kyle Swanson and Dr. Poonam Sachdev, Dr. Brandon Gumbiner, Dr. Nathan Mauren, Dr. Eric Simpson, Wes Shaw, PA-C, Courtney Teller, PA, Tiffany Hummel, APN, and Stephanie Berlin, APN.

This team, along with the nurses and technicians, are specially trained in wound care and hyperbaric medicine, and are dedicated to helping their patients see the best outcomes possible. “Our KSB wound care team is committed to the patient experience and the quality of care that we provide for our patients every day,” shared Co-Director, Dr. Kyle Swanson. “We are fortunate to have a diversified team to treat all wounds from head to toe. It is truly an honor to serve our wonderful community.”
