Shannon median home prices fell by 25.5% in the third quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Shannon fell by $26,700 while total sales increased by 150%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $78,000 - a 25.5% decrease over the $104,700 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Shannon in the third quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Shannon for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,385, approximately 1.8% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2021.
