Galena Unit School District‐ Request for Final Approval for a Planned Unit Development with an Underlying District of Low Density Residential, approval for a Variance to the front yard setback on the NE side of the proposed Middle School addition, approval of a non‐administrative Highway 20 Development Permit to allow the construction of an addition to the Middle School in the Highway 20 Corridor, and a Special Use Permit for the use of discouraged wall materials in the Highway 20 Corridor.
Lead Mine Climbing Gym, Jeff West‐ Request for approval of a non‐ administrative Highway 20 Development Permit to allow the construction of a climbing gym in the Highway 20 Corridor, and a Special Use Permit for the use of discouraged wall materials in the Highway 20 Corridor.
