702 Richardson Ave., Ashton purchased by Donald C. and Judith K. Ross

On Dec. 21, Donald C. and Judith K. Ross purchased a commercial property at 702 Richardson Ave., Ashton from Special Needs Trust Fbo Timothy R. Hinrichs for $180,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $3,961.68, 2.2% of the sale price of the home.

So far in December 2021, four properties sold in Ashton.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, there were four registered voters residing at 702 Richardson Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Toby T Aldridge, 42, Brittany a Simmons, 27, Lisa M. Moscato, 32, and Ashley La Sanders, 27.
