Falling home prices in Cedarville in the fourth quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2021 in Cedarville fell by $2,500 while total sales increased by 80%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2021, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $75,000 - a 3.2% decrease over the $77,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Cedarville in the fourth quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Cedarville for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,603, approximately 3.5% of the median home sale price for the fourth quarter of 2021.
