How did home prices perform in Dakota during the second half of 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Dakota rose by $49,500 while total sales increased by 200%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $140,000 - a 54.7% increase over the $90,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Dakota in the second half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Dakota for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,932, approximately 1.4% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2021.
