Home prices increased in Pearl City during 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in 2021 in Pearl City rose by $11,000 while total sales decreased by 35.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2021, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $95,000 - a 13.1% increase over the $84,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Pearl City in 2020.

The median sales tax in Pearl City for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,341, approximately 2.5% of the median home sale price for 2021.
