How did home prices perform in Oregon during February 2022?

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2022 in Oregon rose by $34,000 while total sales remained unchanged with four homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2022, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $116,000 - a 41.5% increase over the $82,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Oregon in February 2021, as well.

The median sales tax in Oregon for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,332, approximately 2% of the median home sale price for February 2022.
