A. Approve the sale contract and ordinance authorizing sale of Municipally owned real estate to Dan Dolan for property located in the Fulton Industrial Center …the first 18 acres to be sold at the original price of $10,600 per acre and the remaining 55 approximate acres to be sold at a selling price of $15,000 per acre. Closing to be completed within 45 days of the signing.
