City of Dixon City Council met Feb. 21.

CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Arellano at 4:01pm.
ROLL CALL
Councilman Oros, Venier, Bishop, Considine, and Mayor Arellano answered roll call. Absent: None
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
The Pledge of Allegiance was cited.
VISITOR/PUBLIC COMMENT
None
WORK SESSION
City Manager Langloss gave an overview of funds available for major projects. Public Works Director/Assistant City Manager Heckman thanked the department heads, finance director and staff. He proceeded to present on the Capital Improvement Plan for Public Works, projects by department, project funding sources for Cemetery, Properties, Streets, Airport, Infrastructure .5% sales tax, Infrastructure, Grants, Federal DOT, MFT, & RBI funding, Water and Wastewater. Discussion ensued throughout the presentation.
ADJOURMENT
Councilman Bishop moved that the Special Council Meeting of Tuesday, February 21, 2023 be adjourned to meet in Regular Session on Tuesday, February 21, 2023, at 5:30pm in the Council Chambers at the City Hall. Seconded by Councilman Considine. Voting Yea: Councilman Oros, Venier, Bishop, Considine, and Mayor Arellano. Voting Nay: None. Motion Carried
