City of Fulton City Council met April 10.

A. Accept Resignation of Harley Hunt, 2nd Ward Alderperson.

B. Approve Ordinance to sell Municipally owned Real Estate and Cash Contract to Dan Dolan (pages 23-33)

C. Approve to waive bids for Progress Drive – project amount of $120,000.

Motion: To Approve

D. Approve Business Registration Form – with “No” fee (pages 34-35)

Motion: To Approve

E. Approve Cattail Building Rental Rates – (currently at $40 for Fulton, in-town residents, $75 for out-of-town patrons, with a $40 refundable deposit) – Proposed rates from the Parks and Rec Committee……$100 for Fulton, in-town residents, $150 for out-of-town patrons, with a $100 refundable deposit.

G. Approve Impact Program one time donation, from ARPA funds, to be determined by the Council.

H. Approve Drive’s Historic Building Donation, from ARPA funds, to be determined by the Council.

9. Committee of the Whole - Discussion

Discuss Alderperson appointment of the remaining 2-year term for the 2nd Ward.

Discuss creation or amendment of an Ordinance to determine what city official or officials set council agendas.
