State Representative Bradley Fritts (R-Dixon) has chosen Kozmic Salon in Ashton as his October 2023 local business highlight. Rep. Fritts recently visited the salon, taking the time to tour the establishment and present the owner, Kelsey Kutz, with a certificate of appreciation for her contributions to the community.

In explaining his decision to honor Kozmic Salon, Rep. Fritts emphasized the salon's active involvement within the Ashton community. He noted that they participate in local events such as the Ashton Fall Festival and Ashton Christmas Walk, as well as offering discounts on haircuts to children as they return to school in the fall.

Kozmic Salon, founded by Kelsey Kutz in 2020, is known for its specialization in hair color and its commitment to helping customers find their own unique style. Rep.
