Tony McCombie meets new IDOT engineer and visits Starved Rock State Park

This week, House Minority Leader Tony McCombie and fellow representatives Jeff Keicher and Brad Fritts met with Trisha Thompson, the newly appointed IDOT Region Two Engineer. They extended invitations to township road commissioners, county highway departments, and other local officials for a discussion aimed at understanding updates from IDOT concerning DeKalb County.

Following this meeting, Leader McCombie visited Starved Rock State Park. During her visit, she explored the park's history and enjoyed its natural beauty.

Additionally, Leader McCombie participated in IRMA’s annual meeting alongside members of her leadership team. She delivered brief remarks at the event together with Senate Republican Leader John Curran.

Leader McCombie also attended the Illinois Association of School Board’s Northwest Division Legislative Event. She was pictured with IASB Director of Government Relations Mike Stevens, IASB Northwest Director Chris Buikema, State Senator Andrew Chesney, and IASB Vice President Tracie Sayre.
