2. Discussion and possible action to approve Pay Application #5 for Water Main Improvement Project Phase 3: MSA, $16,571.78 and Law Excavating $273,758.40. Total of $290,330.18

3. Discussion and Possible to approve the sale of the old Sewer Jetter to the Village of Thomson for $5,000.00.

4. Discussion and possible action to sell the 2019 Chevrolet Tahoe or to keep it.
