Bitter cold temperatures are forecasted to hit Illinois this week. In response to the weather report, Illinois House Minority Leader Tony McCombie is advising residents to exercise caution and be prepared.

"As we welcome the cold winter months it is important to stay safe, utilize cold weather tips, and bundle up to protect against dangerous wind chills," stated Leader McCombie.
