e. Legacy Stones-Dedication ceremony 10/12/25 (7), blank stones for engraving on site.
f. Flags: Eagle top replacement & rope replacement
g. IT: Security Cameras City or DC computer for security camera/monitor assistance.

5. Old Business
a. Arbor repair-Completed and installation 8/30/25.
b. Artifact storage shelving -cur to size, assembled and placed into museum 8/30/25.
c. Flag pole-placement location finalized.
d. 2- benches pending repairs sandblasting and coating.
e. How and where to purchase new benches for those interested moving forward.
f. Gun Raffle tickets drawing held 9/1/25.
g. Turkey shoot @ VFW-November 2nd.
h. Fork Truck w/5,00lb capacity and 11” clearance/hard tires
i. Work day Saturday 9/6: paint tank/other projects. Pressure wash tank prior to painting
