Enrollment Analysis: Multiracial students comprised 3.5% of Jo Daviess County’s districts student body in 2023-24 school year

There were 105 multiracial students enrolled in Jo Daviess County school districts in the 2023-24 school year, 2.9% more than the previous year, according to the Illinois State Board of Education.

Data showed that multiracial students made up 3.5% of the 3,027 students in the county. They were the third most represented ethnicity.

Among the six districts in Jo Daviess County, East Dubuque Community Unit School District 119 recorded the highest enrollment of multiracial students in the 2023-24 school year, with a total of 36 students.
