1. Call Meeting to Order: Chairman Gouker called the meeting to order at 6:19 p.m. Present: Finfrock, Griffin, Nordman, Sparrow and Typer. Others: Smith, State’s Attorney Eric Morrow, Sheriff Brian VanVickle and Larry Callant. Absent: Janes.
2. Approval of Minutes: December 13, 2016: Motion by Finfrock to approve the minutes as presented, 2nd by Nordman. Motion carried.

• Resolution – IMRF Continuation for currently participating Board Members: Gouker stated a resolution needs to be passed for the current board members that participate; 4 members currently participate.
• Annual Calendar of County Board and Committee Meetings: Gouker stated a resolution will be presented to the board, but needs to verify the November date with County Clerk Cook.
• Other: Gouker is working on reviewing the by-laws; including Committee information.
7. Closed Session: Motion by Finfrock to go into closed session per 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(2) Collective
Bargaining, 2nd by Sparrow. Roll call: Griffin, Nordman, Sparrow, Typer, Finfrock, Gouker – yes. Time: 6:28 p.m.
Committee came into open session at 6:30 p.m.
