According to the NW Illinois News's records, only one candidate will appear on the ballot of the April 4 municipal election:

Busser was born on Oct. 17, 1959. The candidate's listed address is 611 N. Congress Ave., Polo, Ill. 61064.
Busser has voted in seven primary elections, casting votes in six republican primaries and one democratic primary.
