• Mr. Simon reported on the financials, reliability for the month of January, 2017.

5. Utility Office. • Diane Hatfield went over the changes in the General Procedures Governing Utility Service.

6. Altorfer
Warranty.
• Dick Simon went over the difference between maintenance and warranty checks.
No Action.
7. Bid for Boring in pipe at High School
• Went over request for quotation at 101 12th Avenue, Rock Falls High School.
No Action
8. Bid for Boring and
Fiber Work in Sterling.
• Went over request for quotation at 1005 East Third Street, Sterling and 212 Third Avenue, Sterling.
No Action.
9. Hydro Inspection/Repair.
• Reviewed the report from Gaskell Engineering on Crack Inspection/Repair, along with a report from Tarlton for repair of the cracks.

IMEA Elec Effic
Prog Policy
• Reviewed the Electric Department and IMEA Electric Efficiency Program Policy.
City Council
Approval.
11. Equipment Disposal.
• Eric Arduini said he would get something set up so we could put equipment on e-bay, craigslist.

12. Budget Review • Reviewed with the Committee the 2017-18 Budget and reported on where Utility Financial Solutions is on the Rate Study.
