City of Rock Falls Electric Committee met April 25.

Here is the minutes provided by the Committee:

Ordinance/Topic; Discussion; Plan of Action:

1. Call to Order; Meeting called to order at 8:15 a.m.;

2. Audience Requests; Request from Sherry J. Moore to have past late fees refunded. The Electric Committee denied this request.; Send letter.

3. Approval of Committee Minutes.; Approved the March 28, 2017 Electric Committee Minutes.; No Action.

4. Financial/ Reliability/ Broadband Updates.; Mr. Simon reported on the financials, reliability for the month of March, 2017. ; No Action.

5. Utility Office.; The Electric Committee approved the General Procedures Governing Utility Service Manual.; No Action.

Reviewed the write offs for January-March, 2017.; Finance Committee.

6. UFS Rate Review.; Electric Committee reviewed Rate Design Option A. Recommended sending to the Finance Committee.; Finance Committee

7. Survalent Gold Scada.; The Electric Committee approved Survalent Gold Scada Maintenance and Support in the amount of $15,100.00 from approval Survalent Technology located at 1967 Wehrle Drive, Suite One PMG 122, Buffalo, Ny 14221 with City Council approval.; City Council approval.

8. Hydro Plant shut down, Unit #1.; Mr. Simon reported the Electric Department will be de- watering Unit #1 at the Hydro Plant for yearly maintenance.; No Action.

9. Committee Member Items.; North line of parking lot lights blinking at the Library.; Repairs will be made.

10. Adjournment.; Adjourned meeting @ 9:15 a.m.
