1. Call to Order; • Meeting called to order at 8:15 a.m.
2. Audience Requests.; • None.; Send letter.
3. Approval of Committee Minutes.; • Approved the April 25, 2017 Electric Committee Minutes.; No Action.
4. Financial/ Reliability/Broadband Updates.; • Mr. Simon reported on the financials, reliability for the month of April, 2017.; No Action.
5. Utility Office.; • Diane Hatfield went over the 90 days past due.
• IDROP has recovered $25,596.43 for the fiscal year of 2017.; No Action.
6. Hydro Maintenance Update.; • Update on Unit #1; back on line, maintenance went well.; No Action.
7. REC Sale.; • Dick Simon went over the sale of REC’s Credits. At the current time they are selling for $5.00-$6.00. The Electric Committee agreed to hold out until they reached at least $6.30 and $6.40.; No Action.
8. Review of Rate Ordinance.; • Mr. Simon reviewed the Rate Ordinance for the Electric Committee, they agreed to send the Ordinance to the Finance Committee.; Finance Committee.
9. Committee Member Items.; • Reported on the IMEA/IMUA Conference; No Action.
10. Adjournment.; • Adjourned meeting @ 9:00 a.m.
