The calls in Leaf River included 16 fires - 10 structure fires and six other fires.
In all, the department saw $152,400 in fire loss - or about $9,525 per fire.
The department also received two false calls.
The calls resulted in two civilian fire-related deaths. Additionally, three fire service members were injured in fire-related incidents.
