1.Call to Order. – Chairman; Meeting was called to order; Meeting begins at 5:26 pm
2.Executive Session 2(c)( I) – Personnel, Interviews Broadband Superintendent.; A motion to enter executive session at 5:26 pm was made by Alderman for Sobottka, and second by Alderman Snow; Committee entered executive Session for interviews for the position of Broadband Director.

Committee returns to regular session at 8:19 pm
3.Any action taken from Executive Session; The discussed the interviewees. The Committee recommends to offer the Department Head position to Scott Koteski.; Administrator Blackert will contact the applicant with an offer
4.Adjournment; With nothing else for the good of the committee, the committee adjourned at 8:22 pm; Meeting ends at 8:22 pm
