Analysis: Stillman Valley pays $3.19 for every $1 pensioners contribute to Stillman Fpd Pension Fund

Taxpayers contributed 76.1 percent of the $38,969 the Stillman Fpd Pension Fund brought in last year, or $3.19 for every $1 from pension members, according to a NW Illinois News analysis of the latest data reported to the Illinois Department of Insurance Pension Division.

In all, Stillman Valley contributed $29,669 to the fund, which saw a $2,006 increase in revenue over 2015. Members contributed $9,300, or 23.9 percent, in 2016.
