• New Business:

a) A motion to approve a Final Escrow Reduction of $4,748.43 for Simon and Lucinda Becker on West Brubaker Valley Road.

b) A motion to grant a waiver for the as built plans for the Simon and Lucinda Becker SWM plan on West Brubaker Valley Road

c) The signing of the SWM agreement for D and S Flooring

d) A motion to approve an Escrow Reduction for $32,471.00 for D and S flooring on 28th East Division Highway.

e) A motion to defer plan process and approvals to Warwick Township for the Daniel S. and Elizabeth E. King agricultural Lot Add-on Plan

f) A motion to approve a Final Escrow Reduction of $1,000.00 for Nevco Rental on East 28th Division Highway.

g) A motion to continue another four years with the WRRC intermunicipal agreements.

h) A motion to approve a 60 day extension to EFP, LLC for the Land Development Plan.
