City of Delavan issued the following announcement on Oct. 25.
The Delavan American Legion will hold the annual Halloween Parade and Party - Wednesday, October 31st. Line up will begin at 4:15 and the parade will step off at 4:45. Children ages 7 and under should meet at Moore's Maytag, and ages 8 to 12 should meet at the Methodist Church. The parade will proceed north on Locust Street to Third Street and then to the Legion Hall for costume judging and refreshments.
