Dakota Community Unit School District 201 Board met Oct. 30.

1. CALL TO ORDER
At 7:07 p.m. the meeting was called to order by Colette Binger, president, with the following members present Karen Kleckner by phone, Carie Panoske, Scott Hillman, Heidee Meier and Eric Stiegler.
2. PUBLIC COMMENT
There were no public comments.
3. MOTION TO CONVENE INTO EXECUTIVE SESSION
At 7:08 p.m. a motion was made by Carie Panoske, seconded by Scott Hillman to convene into executive session to discuss the employment, compensation, discipline, performance or dismissal of specific employees of the district. Motion carried by a roll call vote of 6 yeas, 0 nays.
4. MOTION TO RECONVENE IN OPEN SESSION
At 8:27 p.m. a motion was made by Eric Stiegler, seconded by Carie Panoske to reconvene in open session. Motion carried by a unanimous voice vote.
5. MOTION TO ADJOURN
At 8:28 p.m. a motion was made by Scott Hillman, seconded by HeiDee Meier to adjourn the meeting. Motion carried by a roll call vote of 6 yeas, 0 nays.
