City of Sterling issued the following announcement on Jan. 11.
Bittersweet for sure. No less, we're glad Leggett & Platt Incorporated is proudly here operating Sterling Steel on the other portion of the site and that our partners at the Greater Sterling Development Corporation Imagine Sterling are making use of this by reconstructing the warehouse in the Meadowlands Business Park to lease out! Once the building is gone, we'll be breaking up the concrete, then finding a means to bring in fill to cover the site.
