Grand Detour home prices fall in the first quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2018 in Grand Detour fell by $16,750 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2018, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $98,000 - a 14.6% decrease over the $114,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Grand Detour in the first quarter of 2017.
