Mount Morris home prices rise in the first quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2018 in Mount Morris rose by $32,250 while total sales increased by 10%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2018, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $80,500 - a 66.8% increase over the $48,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Mount Morris in the first quarter of 2017.
