Fulton home prices fall in the first quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2018 in Fulton fell by $28,500 while total sales decreased by 15%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2018, there were 17 homes sold, with a median sale price of $90,000 - a 24.1% decrease over the $118,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 20 homes sold in Fulton in the first quarter of 2017.

The median sales tax in Fulton for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $2,336.70, approximately 2.6% of the median home sale price for the first quarter of 2018.
