Grimes Addition home prices fall in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Grimes Addition fell by $28,450 while total sales increased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $26,000 - a 52.2% decrease over the $54,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Grimes Addition in the second half of 2016.
