Rock Falls home prices rise in the second half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in Rock Falls rose by $6,400 while total sales increased by 17.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were 121 homes sold, with a median sale price of $68,400 - a 10.3% increase over the $62,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 103 homes sold in Rock Falls in the second half of 2017.
