Tampico home prices fall in 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in 2017 in Tampico fell by $22,988 while total sales increased by 14.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2017, there were 16 homes sold, with a median sale price of $37,912 - a 37.7% decrease over the $60,900 median sale price for the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Tampico in 2016.
