Palmyra home prices rise in February 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2017 in Palmyra rose by $27,375 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2017, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $141,500 - a 24% increase over the $114,125 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Palmyra in February 2016, as well.
