Franklin Grove home prices fall in July 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2017 in Franklin Grove fell by $1,750 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2017, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $80,000 - a 2.1% decrease over the $81,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Franklin Grove in July 2016.

The median sales tax in Franklin Grove for 2017 was $1,949. In 2016, the median sales tax was $1,973. This marks an decrease of 1.2%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 2.4%.
