Oregon home prices fall in January 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2018 in Oregon fell by $12,000 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2018, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $87,500 - a 12.1% decrease over the $99,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Oregon in January 2017.

The median sales tax in Oregon for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $2,214, approximately 2.5% of the median home sale price for January 2018.
