Polo home prices fall in January 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2018 in Polo fell by $114,250 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2018, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $77,000 - a 59.7% decrease over the $191,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Polo in January 2017.

The median sales tax in Polo for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $1,818, approximately 2.4% of the median home sale price for January 2018.
