Byron home prices rise in February 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2018 in Byron rose by $57,200 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2018, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $182,500 - a 45.7% increase over the $125,300 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Byron in February 2017.

The median sales tax in Byron for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $3,260, approximately 1.8% of the median home sale price for February 2018.
